Emily, on biting your fingernails and other bad habits...

Yesterday I was clipping Emily's fingernails and they weren't very long. That's unusual because I haven't clipped them in quite awhile.

Me: Emily, have you been clipping your nails on your own?
Emily: No, I've been biting them. It keeps them short.
Gross.
Me: (I am now moving on to the toenails.) Well, your toenails look long. You haven't been biting those, have you? (chuckle, chuckle)
Emily: No, I don't bite my toenails. It hurts my neck.



Here is the lady in Manhattan (China Town) sporting her new "I Love NY" shirt and parasol. She loved all the goodies we found in China Town. Her and Lauren both spent some of the money they saved for the trip on silk (rayon) Chinese pj's. More pics to follow!
